I make traditional art about monsters with human hearts. I pull from old western folklore and modern popular anime in wildly different directions.

I primarily work in ink + watercolor (for cartoony art), or acrylic and oil for more painterly pieces. Beyond that I experiment with any medium or process I can do in a single room without poisoning myself. From mulling my own paints to stretching my own canvas to doing my own framing, I'm interested in exploring as much of the "tradition" part of traditional art as I can.
